About This Club
Our Club aims to promote health and wellbeing for those who may now not be able to play standard football. We encourage participation in physical activity for men and women over 50, through senior walking football games. We offer fun friendly football with the option to compete in competitive local and national walking football events and tournaments. Our club is for everyone aged 50 - 80+, all levels of fitness and all abilities.
We do recommend that you regularly condition your body using cardio and stretching methods, especially prior to participating, as injuries can occur even in walking football.
Our administrative and coaching volunteers are available to help you achieve your personal
targets: Fitness, Walking Footballing skills, Injury RehabilitationSocial Interaction, Become a Player, Volunteer, Referee, Committee Member or First Aider.
